A Vision for Grantville
A Vision for Grantville
Open, transparent city government
Make city records easy to find, hold meetings at times residents can attend, and require public discussion for major proposals so neighbors can review and respond.
Oppose the proposed data center
Require full developer transparency, meaningful public hearings, and independent impact studies before any approval; address concerns about water use, utility costs, noise, and infrastructure strain.
Protect clean water and a healthy town
Stop projects that threaten drinking water or air quality, require independent environmental reviews for major developments, and strengthen protections for streams, groundwater, and stormwater controls.
Lower, fair utility bills
Require clear public explanations for rate changes, hold hearings before major utility decisions, and pursue programs that improve reliability and help households save energy and money.
Smart, responsible growth
Prioritize small business and Main Street revitalization, family‑friendly development, and investments in youth and senior services while rejecting projects that overload roads, water, or neighborhood character.
